Welcome back to the Wisdom Practice Podcast. Avoid burnout and rest without feeling guilty

I'm going to share some really practical tips for how you can bring your self-awareness to work so that you avoid burnout and avoid all the stress that comes with that. And when you do rest, you get to peacefully rest without feeling guilty about not working.

Make really good use of your time

When you can master what I'm about to share in this episode, you can make really good use of your time and make sure you're not spinning your wheels, or sitting in front of your desk feeling terrible while still trying to get work done. Have you ever had days where everything is flowing?

Have you ever had days where getting work done is so easy — everything is flowing, you're working at double the speed, you're clear, you're focused, you don't get distracted, everything is in alignment, it's working for you, and you get like five times the work done that you could normally get done in a day? And then you have other days where even the simplest thing that should take you ten minutes takes you four hours, and you're tripping over stuff, stubbing your toe, dropping things, everything feels like you're glitching, and it's so frustrating. It's always made me curious why one day everything is lining up, the stars are aligning for me, nothing can go wrong, and the other day it could be the complete opposite.
